Vaishali is a passionate Yoga Trainer who began her journey 4 years ago with The Art of Living and the Yoga Boom platform. For the past 2 years, she has been guiding hundreds of students both online and offline, blending yogic wisdom with modern needs to inspire healthier lifestyles.
She is not only a dedicated Yoga Trainer but also a National Yoga Player and National Yoga Referee, reflecting her discipline and deep commitment to the yogic path. Her specialties lie in advanced yoga poses, Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and Yogic Lifestyle guidance, with a strong focus on balance, strength, and inner peace.
Alongside yoga, Vaishali is a classical vocalist and holds a Master’s degree in Vocal Music. She believes that both yoga and music are forms of meditation, nurturing harmony within and around us. Inspired by her own yoga instructor, she finds joy in staying fit, expressing herself through music, and helping others transform their lives.
Her life mantra is: “Peace everywhere around me.” Through her unique combination of yoga and music, Vaishali aspires to create a space where body, mind, and soul move in perfect rhythm.
Ankit Panwar

Yogacharya Ankit Panwar brings with him over 8 years of experience as a dedicated Yoga Coach, guiding people of all age groups on their path to health, balance, and inner harmony.
He completed his formal education in Yoga at Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar, and has represented himself at several prestigious platforms, including International Yoga Festivals, International Yoga Conferences, and the All India University Yoga Championship.
Well-versed in both traditional and modern approaches, Yogacharya Ankit specializes in advanced body-opening techniques—backbends, forward bends, stretches, balancing postures, Power Yoga, and Ashtanga Flow—while nurturing students to progress safely at their own pace.
Rooted in simplicity, he lives in a serene village where he also practices farming, growing his own vegetables, wheat, and rice —a lifestyle that reflects his belief in natural living and holistic well-being.
For the past 2 years, he has been conducting classes at Oj Yog Kendra, where his excellent guidance and compassionate approach have touched the lives of countless students, leaving them inspired, satisfied, and deeply connected with Yoga.
Ashmita Ganguly

Ashmita Ganguly has been practicing yoga for over 22 years, a journey that began in her teenage years and gradually evolved into her life’s calling—her Ikigai. Over the years, she has touched the lives of thousands through yoga and pranayama, helping individuals find balance, clarity, and inner strength.
She holds an Advanced 900-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai—the world’s oldest organized yoga center, founded in 1918. She has also completed the 200-hour TTC from the Sri Sri School of Yoga, the 50-hour Foundation Course in Yoga Science for Wellness (FCYScW) from the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, the 21-Day Better Living Course from The Yoga Institute, and a 20-hour Yoga Teaching Skills Upgrade program.
A Reiki Healer since 2011, Ashmita integrates energy awareness into her yoga sessions, creating a practice that harmonizes body, breath, and mind. With more than nine years of experience as a corporate lawyer specializing in commercial real estate, she brings precision, discipline, and mindfulness into every class she leads. Her sessions at Oj Yog Kendra are known for being deeply grounding yet rejuvenating, offering a blend of traditional wisdom and modern-day applicability.
Outside the studio, Ashmita is a writer and poet, currently working a fictional story. She finds joy in traveling, trekking, exploring nature’s trails, and caring for canines, all of which continue to shape her creative and spiritual expression.
At Oj Yog Kendra, Ashmita embodies yoga not just as a practice but as a way of life—a living philosophy where discipline meets compassion, and awareness becomes joy.
