1. Health and Readiness
Before joining any yoga, meditation, or wellness session, please consult your physician—especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries.
Participants are responsible for disclosing any physical limitations to the instructor before class.
2. Conduct During Sessions
Follow the instructor’s verbal and visual cues carefully. Avoid forcing postures or continuing if you feel pain or dizziness.
We recommend practicing in a safe, clutter-free environment with a yoga mat and sufficient ventilation.
3. Hygiene and Cleanliness
All props and mats are regularly sanitized. Handwashing or use of sanitizer before class is encouraged.
