Acknowledgement & Voluntary Participation

I understand that yoga, breathwork, meditation, and healing practices involve physical and mental activity. I voluntarily choose to participate in the programs, sessions, and classes conducted by Oj Yog Kendra and its instructors, fully aware of potential risks such as minor strain, dizziness, or other physical discomforts.

I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Participant Liability Waiver.

Medical Fitness Declaration

I affirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate. I have consulted my physician regarding my ability to safely engage in yoga or healing practices.
If I have any medical conditions (such as heart disease, high/low blood pressure, pregnancy, recent surgery, or chronic illness), I have disclosed them to the instructor prior to class.

Personal Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

I agree to take full responsibility for my well-being and safety during all sessions—onsite, offsite, or online.
I understand that instructors will exercise reasonable care and skill; however, I will practice mindfully and stop if I feel discomfort or pain.

To the extent permitted by Indian law:

Oj Yog Kendra, its founders, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Liability, if established, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific session or program.

This waiver does not exclude liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Online & Virtual Sessions

I understand that online instruction limits the instructor’s ability to correct alignment. I will ensure a safe environment, free from obstructions, and will use my discretion before attempting any practice.

Consent for Use of Images (Optional)

I consent to the use of my photos or videos taken during classes or events for educational and promotional purposes by Oj Yog Kendra.
